capital one bank the company is trying to state that I have a unresolved account with them from 2002 and i do not i have talked to them on the phone and desputed it but their still calling i don't know what else to do Internet

their saying i have a bad credit card account with them in 2002 i have spoken o them on the phone and have givin notice that i dispute this i have ask for information on the debt but i haven't received anything as of yet

Did the person or people you spoke to have an accent? Sure sounds like one of the slumdogs from India trying to make a buckl to me. Read this website. You'll be surprised at how many people are being scammed by these rat eaters.
