Hello had a dispute with a mechant and had charges reversed. Over the last couple months things when back and forth. First Capital one doesn't even follow normal protocol with there own letter. They stated that they would contact me first to get my side of the story as in reference to this mechant and then charges could be reapplied. They did the reversal of this. Then they allow 45 days for the mechant to respond with proper documentation about the issue. I the card holder only get less than 10 days and if I don't get it to them; the case is closed. Letter dated late January I got the letter on the 8th and have to have it to them no later than 18th. They even state it may take up to 10 days to receive this fax. Why do the mechants get 45 days to come up with documentation and the card holder doesn't even get the min. of 10 days that is required for it to get to them. I'll tell you why; the CARD HOLDER has no rights! Only BIG businesses of over 350 BILLION dollars do. Its another case of RICH not playing by the SAME RULES. They get 45 days then I get 45 days. I say the HEll with Capital ONE and all the RICH bastards here in America!
