capital onet capital one protection policy on accounts I've been out of work and on disability and found out that my protection on my credit card account was cancelled by the company 2 yrs ago without my knowledge. Nationwide

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I've been paying protection on my account for almost 20 yrs. straight. Now when I need to use the protection I can't, who in the hell do these people think they are. customers pay them and when you need it to use they tell you that the protection was cancelled by YOU that is a lot of bulls***. All I know that is just plain old theift

So in 2 years you NEVER once looked at your statement to notice you no longer had this protection? Sorry..but the only one you have to blame for this is you.
I've been paying protection on my account for almost 20 yrs. straight.
- But you didn't pay it for the last 2 years. There is zero incentive for them to CANCEL this insurance on their own. Well that is unless you are going to somehow claim that they looked into their crystal ball and saw that you would need to use this coverage in 2 years.
