Capitol Hill Title and Escrow zack miller Timeshare resale Washington DC DC

Capitol Hill Title and Escow wanted me to wire money out of country as a pre pay tax on a timeshare property. I was told they had buyers for my timeshare. Capitol Hill would not disclose the buyers names. Capitol Hill would not send me any verifiable credentials as to their company... such as underwiters, bonding agency, insurance,references  and so on. All correspondences with C.H. was with phone or internet. The papers I do have from C.H. are desk top producible. I reserched Capitol Hill's web domain. It was started Dec.2013. Two months old. C. H.'s phone number I found was back addressed to a residenial location in DC. The address given by C.H. is a multi-floor office building(mostly vacant) is different. Via Inernet search Capitol Hill is not listed on the building directory on the address given.

I did not wire the money.

I hope this may have some value to others to avoid getting ripped off.
