Due to a divorce my capitol one card was restricted. Once the final payment will be made they will cancell my card. I have over 130,000 miles. The value if I book a flight is about $1200. Capitol one would not let me book a flight. After arguing for a month they offered a cash reimbursement of $600. Saying they would lift the restricted status for 5 minutes if I agreed to accepting the $600. I took the money under protest. I feel I was riped off. So much for "no hassle rewards"
