car vin history scamed me out of $29.95 multiple times Internet, Internet

I used Car Vin History to check out a car I was interested in . They claimed it would cost me $2.95.  I bought a car on 2/12/2012 and didn't think anything more about the vin check. Doing my bills today on 3/26,2012,  I noticed three charges- $2.95 from the 13th of Feb, $29.95 from the 15th and $29.95 from the 15th of March! I agreed to a one time charge of $2.95 and they put me on an automatic withdraw of $29.95 on the 15th of each month! I called and complained and a guy speaking broken english said there was nothing he could do- I had a fit and asked to speak to a superviser- he put me on hold and came back saying he could cancel my account and refund the last charge but too much time had passed to refund the previous one.It's scary to think these people have my credit card number!
