The above post was created by Jason and Sundy Provencio, due to unethical use of the Intermountain Multiple Listing. Jason had his real estate license revoked and was substantially fined. Neither Sundy or Jason were able to obtain any more clients with their home-tending business and they went out of business. It is my observation that this was a last gasping breath at attempting to ruin their competitions reputation. I personally have called Cared4Homes and they have a very long list of realtors, home owners, bank and tenants who would recommend them with out reservation.

I did a little more research on this matter. Cared4Homes provided me with their contracts and I did an internet search for other contracts. What I found is that all the contracts for this type of business are almost identical with minor changes for each state/Judicial region rules and regulation.
Through talking  with Cared4Homes and some in depth online research I would say Sundy and Jason Provencio had no Justification for this post other than to try to ruin the reputation of a competitor. I even learned the law enforcement did get involved in this situation and that Jason and Sundy were not cooperative with the law enforcement authorities.  Sundy (Sunday) even has a lengthy history of criminal activities that you can find on Public record search for the State of Idaho.

I've researched many of these Ripoff/Sham Scam Report filings and most of them are just one upset person trying to ruin someones reputation, usually on emotional attack. It is hard to believe these sites are legal when they allow slander and mis-information to be posted and they refuse to remove the information unless you hire one of their attorneys, what is the scam here?, thats for another discussion.

 In my opinion, based on the research of the facts, Cared4Homes is a successful company that has the respect of the community.
