Carey ,transportation services, Besides unreliable service, and terrible telephone customer service Carey used my credit card without my authorization to pay for someone elses charges. And they said they're allowed to do it even if you say to them you can only use my card for this one transaction, they save it in their files and never delete it causing fraudulent use Nationwide

I ordered car services from Carey after a recommendation from a person in my business for reliable and affordable and honest transportation service needs (town cars and SUVs) but unfortunately Carey is unreliable for me on more than one occassion and when timeliness was at stake for work.  The driver was a half hour late from the time I ordered. And While they charge 82.50 an hour plus taxes, tolls, gratuity and all kind of other miscellaneous fees they have the nerve to charge you for the order time instead of their arrival time.  In order to get that 30 minutes refunded t the crdit card after the fact, they have to do an investigation which takes as long as they feel like taking. They claim they credited it for the 30 minutes but I've never seen the credit and i no longer care about that problem because here's the big rip off right here:

The worse thing they did was while I only authorized use of my credit card for a job on one occassion they held my card in their files created a profile for me and then used my card without my authorizaiton for over 500.00 dollars on someone else's bill.  Now when I used them the time they were 30 minutes late they sent me a recent for those services.  But when they used my card without my authorization they didn't even inform me with a receipt.  I found out about it when I was checking my balance. I had to shut down my card for fraud.  their explanation was that my card number was saved on another customers profile and when that customer's card declined they used my card number since he and i had been affiliated on another ride six months prior. They actually told me they're allowed to do it but that they would do an investigation and lo and behold their investigation reveals that although i didn't authorize them to use the card, until they can recover it from the person whose card was declined they cannot credit my card back.  So i had to shut down my card because for some reason they feel they have the right to save your card into perpetuity to use it anytime your name and another of their clients name cross reference.  They did admit that I did not authorize use of the card but said they can't do anything about it because my card was added to a business associates profile. I reminded them that I did not request them to put me on his profile and that i don't even know what a profile is, since that's their way of doing business not mine.

Now the final thing about Carey, the car or the driver they provided together smelled like the car had been farted in for hours.  the window had to remain rolled down in 20 degree weather.

Only use this company if you don't need to be on time, if you don't mind the smell of farts and if you're okay with having your card used fraudulently after the service you actually ordered is over.
