Hi im jeromy ehlert i wanted to say im disapointed in car hop and im hoping theyll make this right my wife bought a grand am good car    we bought a toyota corolla head gasket leak that car hop denied from there mechanic but mine found it but good car and happy with it    now heres my issue i just got a saturn sl1 02 find out its been side swiped  not a bigg issue ive had the car 4 months its been in 4 shops last one i dropped it off at was today ive replace suspention parts brakes and a bunch off stuff it has had 2 motor swaps and both times there mechanics didnt hook up lines or the one 2 weeks ago caused egr codes to come upthe trannie to leak the coolants leaking over heating magerly and im stuck cleaning it out of my drive way  not them and my wife wont drive the car its unsafe and every one of there shops make it worse how do you miss wire spark plugs when the diagram is right in front of them then on my way to the shop it over heated bad and the tranny wouldnt go and i almost got smucked ive never been so scared in my life and now im down a car again come one just switch me cars i wanna feel safe and i dont wanna have to stop going thru you guy as of right now im nolonger a happy customer but switch vehicles right and ill be happy again i cant aford any more days with out a vehicle would be nice if you helped me out today 2 months out of four in the shop just fix things i no longer feel safe with this car after this near death experiance and even if you find a way to fix it what going to happen next this saturn is scaring me to death and i wont put the family at risk hope to hear something soon was a happy coustemer dont let this ruin my thoughts of carhop pls fix this
