A few months ago I put my car on a website called Swaplease.com. What this website does is that people who have a lease on a car and want to get rid of it. On the website you put the information of the vehicle and pictures just like ebay for this is for lease.
I recieved an email from a man named Michael Brantley saying that he worked for a company in Beverly Hills that finds customers with exotic cars and that they had a man who was interested in my Jaguar. So we started exchanging emails and he started letting me know what they do and how they respond if the "new user" does not pay and everything sounded right to me. So he sent me a contract I signed the new user signed and they came and picked up the car and everything was going perfect. About 3 months ago I started recieving calls from Jaguar Credit saying that a payment had not been done for that month and I contacted a lady named Biannca Lopez and told her about the missed payment, so she contacted "new user" and she wrote me back saying he would pay by Monday morning because it was already weekend so that was it. I kept getting the calls from Jaguar and I would write to them and they said they would take care of it. Well this has been going on for 2 or 3 months now so I called Michael Brantley and I told him what was going on and he got upset because of the situation he said he was sorry and didn't know how they let that go by when the policy says that after the month is not paid by the "new user" they would reposses the vehicle and find another "new user" meanwhile they would do the payments until they found a "new user". So I called Michael the next day and he said that he had talked with the guy that has the Jaguar and that the guy had lost his job but was going to make the payment by Monday but again didn't do the payment and since then Michael doesn't answer my phone calls, or calls me back, or writes back to my emails. I have called and written to Biannca Lopez too and no answer, if I call the company only a machine comes on to leave a message and I have left a few to call me back and no response.
There is an investigator for the car company that I now owe money to saying that the "new user" does not exist, and the address provided in the contract does not exist.
I have all the emails we exchanged from the very first time Michael Brantley contacted me and the signed contracts.
We need to get these guys! Help!
