I have purchased a car from carmax in ontario and the car had a million problems ,so i took it back to return it and get a diferrent car but they told no even tho when the sales person had told me that if i had any issues with the car he will honor up 7 days for a return . they also did not fix the problems on the car and told me that it was my fault for getting a car with so many miles . i had paid 600 dollars to trasnfer the car in from texas and this is what i have got, a million problems. Hey folks be carefull with this dealer and they lies.

i honestly miss out on a word where i said they did honor instead of writing they they did not honor because my suspension and other parts are not good, and if u will like to see any documantation with the issues of the car feel free to send me you fax number since you been acting like a lawyer or what ever . so there you go man. and by the way the contract saids 5 days and the sales person said he could do up to 7 days but is my fault for beliving what he said.

Inconsistencies in your story

"he will honor up 7 days for a return...  they also did not fix the problems on the car" "5 days retun policy... they did honor warranty... im stuck with the suspension problems"

You wrote that the sales rep told you there was a seven day return window but the agreement indicates five days. You took it back on the sixth day. You wrote that they did not fix the car but then you wrote that they did honor the warranty and then your story changed again when you wrote that they would not fix the suspension and other problems.

Rewrite your fiction.

my contract said 30 days in store warranty and 5 days retun policy , i have got the car on the 11-23-11 and took it back on the 11-29-11 and they did honor warranty or return , they normally do a return repurchase thing but this time they aint willing to work with me and im stuck with the suspension problems and others.

say about a warranty or return privileges?

The salesman's word is absolutely worthless.
