Carmd has NO customer service, it's has an automated phone service for that. You get nowhere with this, at the end when they aske you if you woud like to talk to a customer support representative, the system hangs up on you. My carmd unit after using it a few times, strated to show the word error, I couls not use it anymore. I sent several emails, no response. They take your money and they don;t care anymore about you., CARMD, BAD SERVICE, BAD COMPANY, A RIPOFF!
