FAR LESS THAN MINIMUM WAGE! ALSO LIED ABOUT HOTEL STAY AND HAD THEM SLEEPING IN A TRAILER ON THE FLOOR. LEFT THEM ABANDONED IN COLORADO! THEY PREY ON THE HOMELESS! THE STATE OF TEXAS DOESN'T CARE!! Carnival Americana located in Fort Worth, TX are crooks and liars. Don't ever work for them. They prey on the Homeless. They went to the local Homeless shelter in a van and picked up guys to work in Denver Colorado at a Carnival. My friend was one of them. I didn't have a good feeling about this because why would they need to transport guys from Fort Worth to Colorado when there are guys in Colorado who need work?

Yet they picked these guys up and told them they would pay for "hotel stay" and "all food costs" but they didn't tell them what they would be paying the guys. The guys all agreed to work for them and filled out a two page application.

They drove halfway from Fort Worth to Denver Colorado on the back of a pickup truck!!! In the hot blazing sun! It's in the middle of July! Then they changed over to a Semi and the guys got into the semi! My friend said they worked those guys for seven days straight at 14 hours a day and there was no hotel room! The guys all slept on the floor of a trailer. They also cheated the guys on food costs! My friend said at the end of the week the guys were all given only $200.00!!!

The man who took them to Colorado was named Darrel. They went to Darrel and and told him it was less than minimum wage and he didn't care! The guys all quit and are now in Denver at a homeless shelter! Darrel told them he would not bring them back to Fort Worth either! When they pay for their tickets back they won't have anything to show for their time working! He cheated them. Carnival Americana CHEATED THEM! When I add up their hours and the days they worked they should have gotten around $700.00 instead of only $200.00!

This company was pocketing around $500 from EACH guy.

THIS IS WAGE THEFT AND THE STATE OF TEXAS DOES NOT CARE. ONLY CROOKS AND ROBBERS SET UP MAINLY IN TEXAS ANYWAY. IF IT IS A SCAM, THERE IS A 100% CHANCE YOU WILL FIND IT IN TEXAS!
