On April 28, 2015 I received a promotion email from Carnival indicating that if I applied for a Carnival MasterCard and was approved I would received a $75 Carnival Gift Card via emial.  I clicked on the "Apply" button and was directed to Barclay's bank where I filled out the application.

I was approved, received the credit card and now several weeks later have not received the Gift Card.

I've called Carnival several times and they say they know nothing about it - I should call Barclays Bank.

I call Barclay's Bank and they say they know nothing about it - I should call Carnival.

I will cancel the credit card with Barclay's Bank and not do business any longer with Carnival either.
