Thanks for noticing and taking the time read and consider the facts.  Your conclusions are in sync with what most people tell me after they critically read and consider.  I have always tried to take the high road, to delineate that the allegations were against me as a person and not my business.  I am grateful that you conclude that many of the things are taken out of context, as that is true.

I try not to look at this as a battle because if I did I would only be hurting myself.  I try to look at it as a challenge, and protect myself from the negativity and vengeance by each time saying to myself, "there but for the grace of God go I," being thankful that I am not in that position and despite all of the vengeance having compassion for people who continue to damage their own progress by remaining in the past and dwelling on things that cannot be changed.

I have not wasted this past ten years dwelling on this, I have had to do some damage control from time to time, and have continued to move forward and grow.  Each time I get an alert from Google that there is a new post, I take a look, take a breath and realize it is the same old thing over and over again.
I truly wish that this person and her new inductees would realize that this is all a big waste of time and energy that could be spent in much more positive endeavors.  It makes them look childish and foolish for beating a dead horse and being so vindictive. 

That is them, and as for me, I am working on understanding how I attracted people like this into my life.  I have always heard the saying that birds of a feather flock together, and need to take a look at the company and families that people keep and to exit much sooner when I see what is around them.

I had a friend tell me the other day that in quantum physics it is explained that we are all energy and if we spend company with people we actually exchange cells with them, as our physical bodies are not really barriers for exchange.  Therefore, if you spend time with people you can become like them.  I am being very careful who I spend time with from now on as I would prefer to exchange cells with like minded people who are moving forward in positive endeavors.

That being said, I will continue to take the high road as it will do none of us any good if we all wallow in the muck and mire of negative consciousness.

I don't know you, and I'm not entirely sure how I found your story here, however after I stumbled across this, I spent the next half a day reading all the "facts". 

I just want to tell you how sorry I am that this woman is doing this to you.  She seems to be a bit unbalanced.  Obviously something happened between you two and she is now out for blood. 

In reading her posts, the fact that she distorts things, edits things and misrepresents things is obvious.  (I noticed immediately in this post that she had cut the letter and included only things that seemed to be in her favor). It's easy to do that and seem to have facts when you take bits of information out of context.

Thank you for always being professional and kind to her.  I'm not sure I would have the same ability.  Good luck in this long battle!

I am the owner of Tampa Bay Investigations, and am alerted every time this same individual posts on this site or on the multiple other sites she uses to attempt to discredit my name.  When I got the notification of this post, I looked at the report and I could tell that it was cut in half and that some of the text was missing.  I contacted the State Attorney to find out what was really in the letter, and was told that the letter was, in fact, redacted, and that a portion was missing, but that no charges were being lodged against me.  I was going to do a request to get a copy of the letter, but quite frankly, after 11 years of this same post, written in various different ways, I will not spend any more time attempting to defend or to validate any of the information alleged and/or reported by this writer.

This continuous attempt to ruin my reputation, to the point of redacting a portion of a letter from a state attorney is clearly a form of harassment against me, and I choose at this point not to engage, address or rebut any further.
 
The writer has raised questions in the minds of potential employers, clients and others who "google" me and each and every time I have produced multiple character references and other documentation to overcome these questions.   

I have responded many times in the past attempting to address these false allegations against me and my business, (which was not even in existence at the time this person claims she was defrauded by the business), and have now decided that it is a waste of time to spend any more time defending, addressing and or even reading the alerts as they come through.

At some point, maybe this individual will find some peace and satisfaction in her life and disengage from mine.  I heard a saying once, "how empty of me to be so full of you," and am hoping her life is filled with happiness, prosperity and overflowing with gifts that she can finally let go of this fullness of me.
