carolburnettstore.net also could be known as carolburnettstore.com billed my credit card for the product(with which i have been charged a foreign fee charge)--did not get product. Internet

ordered dvd set from carolburnettstore.net. they billed my credit card already but i received no product. i sent emails over and over to their supposedly customer service but got no response. tried one phone no. that was on my credit card but noone ever answered. tried another no. and talked to a guy named lance and told him the problem and that i wanted to cancel the order and wanted my credit card credited for the 50.63 PLUS the 3% foreign fee my credit card charged me. he told me he would take care of it immediatly,but,of course nothing happened.

i did receive a few emails from supposed customer service reps trying to make me think they are a real company. got a voicemail to call a no. concerning my order. when i tried to call back,the no. did not work. found that the call had originated from palo alto california so i called the operator in california and she said that no. did not exist. there are several of their internet sites out there. i think they also go by carolburnettstore.com as well as .net. these sites need to be shut down. i know 50.63 does not seem like alot to some people but it is to me. plus when they do that to other people it adds up. hope u can do something to help shut these sites down. thanks
