Bob Chapman of Carolina Web Marketing took my money for a deposit on search engine optimization (SEO) and did not comlete the work. I paid him on Feb 19, 2014 for an invoice HE estimated would take 8 hours and it is still not comlete. He was "busy playing disc golf" yesterday (March 10, 2014). Today, he "has too much to do for other clients" to get to my work. I'm not sure how 8 hours equals 3 weeks, but STAY away from this guy. He will RIP YOU OFF!
I have gone back and forth with him several times, even offered him more money just to complete the job asap. I guess he would rather take your money and Pay to play in an Ultimate Frisbee league.
Also he felt it necessary to tell me the details of the lawsuit with another client recently that he lost and how he doesn't have the money to pay it. He wanted me to pay it for him and he would do "extra" work for me. Glad I didn't do that!
