Carolyn Grace Matteo was given a chance to assist one of the celebrity clients that I represent. My client went to comic con in San Diego to promote her upcoming projects. My client (name I wont mention for the purpose of privacy) was there to attend the activities, like The Expendables 2 release party,and have her pictures taken. Assuming that this lady had an experience as an assistant to the stars,which she claimed in her email( Matteo allegedly mentioned Carmen Electra as one), we decided to try her out.
From the first encounter my client knew it was a disaster! MATTEO showed up at the exclusive Expendables 2 party looking like a homeless person. Her hair was unwashed,she had dirty clothes on,and was stopped at the door immediately. My client then received a text message from her saying she is at the door. When she saw MATTEO she knew that its not going to work, but she was being polite,and assisted the woman to come in. She said to Matteo that she wouldn't be needing her services after that evening. MATTEO IGNORED THE STATEMENT,and kept hanging out at the party jealously watching my client and snapping pictures of my client with the producer and others.
When my client was leaving the event, she made it clear to the woman that its not working out, but when my client got to her condominium and met with the condominium owner,they were both astonished to see MATTEO in front of the building. MATTEO begged my client to give her another chance. My client being a very nice kind person, felt sorry for WANNA BE ASSISTANT, but in fact a lady that said that she does SWAP MEET!!!
In the next few days MATTEO would be seen camping in front of the building, inside the lobby,and was caught inside the apartment by my client that left the door open for few minutes to check mail. My client discovered some of her checks missing ,and suspected MATTEO. Finally my client got physically sick because of this situation,and had to contact the authorities,and put a stop to it.
MATTEO in spite wrote a slenderous article about my client mixing all the names,claiming she got my client inside the parties,etc. This is an absolutely ridiculuos situation:MATTEO actually thinks that insulting and lying about people who are in the entertainment business,and posting snap shots of famous and accomplished actors,and directors that they didnt authorise taking is acceptable. MATTEO CLEARLY IMPLEMENTED HERSELF IN THEFT BY WRITING THE ARTICLE,WHERE SHE MENTIONS THE INFORMATION THAT WOULD ONLY BE KNOWN TO HER, IF SHE IN FACT COMMITTED THIS THEFT!
I WOULD BE CONTACTING THE AUTHORITIES AGAIN ON MY CLIENTS BEHALF.

1) Mr. Brian TAKITA and Nadeea VOLIANOVA (aka Yana Barksy, aka "Natalie") have intentionally misled the public by maliciously filing a harassing, false and defamatory Rip Off report against Carolyn Grace Matteo.
2) TAKITA was asked to provide proof for his allegations but failed to do so. He was also asked to initiate restoration of Matteo's reputation, but has failed to do so.

In July of 2012 Mr. Brian Takita ran an ad on CL hiring a personal assistant for his "client" and live-in partner - Nadeea Volianova (aka Yana Barsky). He hired a personal assistant by the name of Carolyn Grace Matteo under the promise of payment. Ms. Matteo worked the 4 days for Mr. Takita's client - Nadeea Volianova during the 2012 Comic Con in San Diego. She was asked to work a 5th day but refused.
When it was time for payment Nadeea Volianova told Ms. Matteo that her "manager" Brian Takita would pay her. Mr. Takita refused to pay Ms. Matteo for her services. Additionally, Ms. Matteo was never reimbursed for her expenses - including purchases made for Ms. Volianova under the promise of reimbursement.
Ms. Matteo began blogging about her experience with Nadeea Volianova & Brian Takita at http://karmicentertainment.wordpress.com When Ms. Matteo learned about her rights she opened a case with the Department of Labor Standards Enforcement in an attempt to remedy the situation and recoup her losses.
Mr. Takita failed to appear at the 1st hearing. The DOLSE deputy phoned Mr. Takita. Mr. Takita denied knowing Ms. Matteo. Mr. Takita denied hiring Ms. Matteo. When the deputy asked Mr. Takita about the evidence produced: emails, text message, and the photos Ms. Matteo took of Mr. Takita's client at the event Mr. Takita stated,"Those photos are useless." The deputy pointed out to Mr. Takita, that he had just incriminated himself.
To date, Ms. Matteo has not been paid for her services, her photography or reimbursed for the purchases she made for Ms. Volianova. A second DOLSE hearing is set for February, 2013.
In addition to Mr. Takita posting what we have knowledge and reason to believe is a "Scam Ad" on CL - hiring and employing Ms. Matteo under the promise of payment but failing to make said payment - it has just been brought to our attention that Mr. Takita &/or Nadeea Volianova (aka Yana Barsky)(or perhaps an associate of either) has posted an inaccurate and misleading "Ripoff Report" (#945984) in an attempt to further harass and retaliate against Ms. Matteo for seeking payment for her services and blogging about what we have knowledge and reason to believe are criminal activities.
Mr. Takita's malicious actions extend above and beyond just the filing of this inaccurate and harassing "Ripoff Report". Most recently, a friend of Mr. Takita's - Ito Kobiashi - made death threats against Ms. Matteo, in comments on her Karmic Entertainment blog - allegedly on behalf of the "Russian Mafia".
Mr.Brian Takita alleges that he works for Milyoni, Inc. - the leader in social entertainment.

Ms. Matteo is in posession of proof to substantiate all statements herein.
The report against Ms. Matteo is full of false statements. It was posted maliciously. We are asking that Mr. Brian Takita and/or Ms. Nadeea Volianova provide proof of the following:
1) Proof that a restraining order was filed against Ms. Matteo along with the date and reason for that filing.
2) The name and contact information for the alleged condominium owner.
3) Proof that Ms. Matteo did not work as a personal assistant to Ms. Volianova for 4 days.
