Casablanca Express They cheat on everything!! 6300 Canoga Avenue, Suite 500 Woodland Hills California

My case is very similar to the report # Report: #271881

I went to a Worldmark time share presentation with my wife where they used high pressure sales techniques and I received my 'free gift' (2 tickets to Disneyland California + hotel)
This 'free gift' was given by Casablanca Express after sending a form and $50 of tax deposit for the hotel. The extra amount of tax deposit should have been given back before the trip.
When we receive the trip confirmation document, we call them because the hotel was for the Sunday night and the tickets for Monday. So they proposed to upgrade the package in order to have the tickets for Sunday and the hotel for Sunday night for $25 more. We accepted.
The hotel + tickets were ok but we didn't receive any tax deposit refund.
When we asked to the hotel the price of the room, they told us it was a $75-per-night room with a 15% tax which comes to a total of $11.25.
So we contacted them again, they told us that they don't refund the tax deposit because we upgraded the package. Nobody told us about that and it wasn't written in any document that we received. The lady on the phone also told us that the price of the room was $125...lier!!

We sent a letter with confirmation asking for a copy of the hotel statement and a copy of the their "Term and Conditions agreement".
We didn't received anything...
