The entire experience from the foirst phone call to the end of the party was a total nightmare. I spoke to Ken the owner and couldn't belive how condicending he was to me on the phone. I should have know right then and there that this would be a mistake, but his price was reasonable and he offererd more then the other companies that I contacted. He spoke to me as if I was a 2 year old. He was very rude. I booked with him in spite of that.
His attendant was late and seemed confused. After he was set up, I was very unhappy with the display. Some of the strawberries were rotten, the pineapple was from a can, not fresh like his website says, and the cookies were stale. His attendant told one of my guests that they reuse alot of the dipping items from other parties, and the chocolate too.
I paid over $500.00 for used food and chocolate! Don't be fooled by this rip off artist!
