Cash Advance America Scum bags Ripped Me Off $175 Right Before Christmas! Los Angeles Internet

I applied for a cash advance loan in the amount of $2,000 and denied but got a call within 30 minutes of my application to be told that I could be approved if I was able to verify a few things. The gentlemen with a very thick accent told me I could have the funds in my checking account within 30 minutes but I would have to purchase a Green Dot Money Pak card and load $125 to show my good faith that I could make the payments.

I thought it was legit because i've never done a cash advance before and he said that he would walk me through the steps of getting the $125 back or adding it to the loan. Once I bought the card and loaded the funds (which he stayed on the phone with me the entire time) he put me on hold for 30 minutes only to come back and say the bank transfer was declinded because of the zip code I live in and that other people in the same zip code didn't pay back the loans.

He told me if I paid $112 for a money gram transaction I would have the funds within 2 days or if I paid $138 I would receive the funds within minutes. I didn't have any more money so I said no and asked for my money back but he told me he couldn't give me back the money because it was already attached to the loan and in order to cancel the loan I would have to pay $148 the same way I gave the $125...by that time I knew it was scam because I didn't sign anything with them for the payment schedule only the online application but after spending 30 minutes with the guy on the phone, I knew I wasn't getting my money back nor any type of proper customer service, he hung up on me! I've leraned a BIG lesson from this and will caution anyone who gets a phone call like this..don't do it!
