i was contacted by a gentleman asking for my lawyers phone number because of a criminal case i was being accused of. The ngentleman sounded middle easter gave me the number for karen petersen who will tell me what the charges were for,760-483-3768. karen prioceeded to tell me if i didnt pay i was going to jail. she put me incharge of the restitution department kenneth webster . he told me he worked for the lega department for cashadvance and that i had 10 minutes to be able to call him back to let me know if i can come up with 945.33..i have taken payday loans before but didnt remember any with cash advance. i called him back and told him i can have the money in the bank in one hor. he said NO , i was to call him back and he would give me instructions on how i was to pay. thats when the red flags went up and i asked him where he was located so i can have him checked out. he told me forget it i will see you in court.thats when i checked into scams and sure enough there they were.
