i to had a phone call today from a james asher asking me for my retained attorneys name and phone number because of some of the same stuff you all are saying. i asked him what this was concerning he told me that i had received a pay day loan from cash advance usa and have not repaid and i will definately need an attorney. if i let it go to court i then asked him what account number and bank did he put it in he told me western california bank which i have never heard of and sure dont have an account at since i live in georgia. i then told him if it was put there under my name and social it shouls still be there so get it from them. he then again ask for my retained attorneys number. so i gave him 1800 eat shi* he did not like that answer and again said i best get an attorney to help me and i said you havent never tried this on a southern boy before have you. thats when i said see youin court and hopefully outside afterwards so i can stomp your guts out James
