Cash Call The worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not get a loan from them. Anaheim California

Simply put. I have been having financial problems for the past 4 months. I mean I had friends paying my car note and putting tires on my car so I could get to work.

I kept paying cash call though and what bills I could , until the first of this month. I am close to foreclosure, loosing my car and behind in every bill. I just got a check enough to put insurance on my car and register it. I have more money coming in and see daylight. I am self employed so it is rough right now but looking up.

I looked at my bank account and noticed cashcall ran it through 5 times. Which cost me $32 dollars each time.

So I called them I spoke with Rick who kept calling and explained my circumstances. I asked him to stop running it an I would like to make arrangements for the 15th of January. When you run it you are increasing my debt and making it difficult for me to pay the bank and you. His supervisor got on the phone and said he heard the last part and stated I had until Friday. That the 15th of January would not work for me to get caught up with December and January. They were not willing to make arrangements. He said we at any point can make the payment due. I had till Friday and hung up.

I borrowed $5000 from them and I understand they want there money but even my home worth so much more and my car are willing to work with me. The thing that annoys me the most about this are there tatics. I am not at all concerned with what they think they are going to do because it can not be worse then me loosing my home, my car, owing taxes. I mean please.

So I documented our conversation and emailed it to them and cc'd myself. I then searched the web and found complaints and saw this site and emailed it to them and cc'd myself in it.

What got me was the arrogance of the individual on the other end of the phone.

They then called me the next day, I asked for the same person and got the same supervisor. I asked him why are you calling me when you stated I had till tomorrow. He stuttered saying we have a right to continue to pursue payment. It was something like that. Basically they had no idea they were calling me again or shocked of my response. I said oh ok and hung up.

I know I will pay them off sooner then they think but I do not others to be put in a situation like this.

I was annoyed at first because I could not believe they would not accept my arrangement. And then realized at the end of the day they are the least of my concerns and I just happened to borrow from a company that is out for a dime and not concerned at all about who there lending to.

I have to say that I am blessed with my other creditors who are paitent and understanding and have worked with me from dropping a month of payments or whatever. I just got involved with this bottom feeder company. I am going through all my bills today and creating a spreadsheet because things are looking up and I want get caught up and shake this company off me. They are truly toxic.
