I was contacted by someone claiming to be working for cash net marketing, that had a heavy indian accent. I was told that charges were being filed against me for check fraud among other things. When I asked this man to slow down I couldn't understand him, he put Brian David on the phone. Brian repeated my soc sec #, bank account #, birthday, and e-mail address to me. He informed me that I took a loan through cash net marketing in January for $350 and never repaid this loan. He was very convincing that these charges would be filed and I could be arrested. When I told him  he was wrong I never received money from this company, he gave 2 ways to handle the charges. I informed him that there was no way it was me because my account wasn't opened until june, he insisted that I pay $800 to keep my credit in good standing. I hung up on him and so far not another word, but this happened 2 hours ago.
