I used their website to do an evaluation of my iPhone 5 and was quoted a price of $267.00 pending their inspection of phone. The phone was 1.5 years old in perfect working condition. No scratches or dings present. I followed their instructions and sent the phone to them and received an email stating they had received my phone and that I would receive an additional email in 5-6 business days with their offer. Six days later I receive an email thanking me for using their recycling service and indicating a payment of $41.00 had been sent to my PayPal account.

I never received the "offer" email which apparently said I had three days to respond to their offer. I could accept or reject; but, since I didn't receive the offer email, they said there wasn't anything they could do, the deal was done and they could not return my phone. I waited 56 minutes for a representative to answer my call after I was transferred to another Departmen.

So I went from $267.00 to $41.00 for a near perfect iphone 5! Their customer service is useless. They have a D+ rating with Better Business Bureau. BEWARE!!!
