 Cashline is a totally web based business. Customers apply online, request bills to be paid online, and most customers make their payments online. Investors transfer cash funds to Cashline Financial Services owner (Joel Udinsky) who uses those funds to pay bills on behalf of of his customers who have requested bill pay assistance. As payments are received from the customers (approx every two weeks) the investors and Cashline (Joel Udinsky) are supposed to split the revenue (principal + interest)

Here's where it gets funky. Joel Udinsky decided to get sticky fingers with the funds received from the customers and not return the agreed upon revenue to the investors.He's basically running a Ponzi Scheme! As long as the investor continues to fund deals for his customers, Cashline Financial Services (Micro Opportunity Program) appears to work fine. If the investor stops funding the deals and requests their revenue funds...Mr. Joel Udinsky gives you a million BullShit excuses for why the revenue funds are not available.

The bottom line is...stay away from Cashline Financial Services and Joel Udinsky. He's a liar, looser, and a crook! Joel Udinsky owes me over $2,000.00. Please folks stay away from this Sticky Fingers Financial Fool!
