cashmycellphone.com Was quoted 1 price got offered a different after they lost my phone, Internet

I placed my Blackberry 9930 on their website to sell it to cashmycellphone.com at which time I was given an offer of $140.00 (phone is in excellent condition ,barely used) I then accepted the offer via email and they in turn sent me a postage paid package to send it to them .at this same time I was also selling a iphone to a different company and received the mailers from both compaanies and followed instructions and mailed both phones to said companies.After approz. 3-4 days i recieved an email from the other comp.

letting me know they had received my iphone,a couple of more days went by and still bit hearing anything from cashmycellphone.com I emailed them asking why noone had contacted me? The response was we don't have your phone ,we don't have your offer,etc. I furiously responded to them that they had better not be playing games,they in turn emailed again asking for all of the info i had already given them so I attached the original email with offer .

Surprisingly the nexy email I received from them was telling me my offer was about to expire so once again I furiously responded telling them I was going to report them and contact an attorney !! Well today I received an email telling me that they have my phone but the offer of $140.00 was no good and they offered me $15 saying I lied about the brand of phone (which I did not) and that it was in as good of condition as I had said !! BS that phone was like out of the box !! So heres where I am starting and intend to continue searching for ways to let people know this company is full of liars and rip offs !!x
