On September 5, 2014 I applied for a unsecured loan in the amount of 5,000 dollars . I was told to get a reloadit card and put 250.00 for verification only and I'd receive my 250 back in 45 minutes which did not happen. I was told by loan officer Jeff Matthew that everything was ok and approved and that in 2 hours the money would be in my account.

After 2 hours I checked my bank account and there was nothing there.  I called Mr. Matthews and he told me that the FDC was holding my money and gave me a number to contact them 312-912-9062 in comes Mr Frank Harris he expalins that I have an outstanding debt of 877.00 dollars and once I pay that they could release the loan.  We go back and forth and by the end of  the conversation they say if I send the 209.00 through Green Dot money pak they will release the loan this was at 7pm EST they said in an hour they'd releasee the money.  I called back and spoke with Mr Matthews and he tells me that they were still gonna charge me monthly payment installment wether I received the money or not because they lost their money. I was upset so I agreed to the terms and sent the money.

I receieved an voice message at 8pm on 9/5/2014 saying that all was well and the money would be deposited after 9:30 am on 9/6/2014.  on 9/6/2014 I checked my bank account at 10:30 and nothing.  I called Mr Matthews and he told me to call the FDC guy Mr. Harris and he told me that now I have an outstanding balance of now 5,000 and that needed to be satisified before any release of the loan.  I then call back to Cashnet USA and asked for Mr. Matthews and in comes Mr Albert Sanders in the verficaition department he told me to talk to him directly and he assist me.  Fisrt he provided information that Mr. Matthew did not provide. I explained that I sent all the money I had and they are still not proceesing the loan, he said if I ncould send then 418.00 I could still get the loan I said again that I had sent all the money I had and my bank account was empty. I asked to cancel and get back my money and he said I would  have to pay 138.00 to receive my 460.00 then we agreed to them deducting the 138.00 from the 460.00 and refunding CASHNET USA and they told me that the one thing they don't do is ask for money to get money.  If there is anything you can do to help get my money back I'd appreciate it.  Consumers Beware.
