Cathy Jean Ripoff and Deceptive Business Practices Irvine California

They are using false advertising.  I have never been in a store that does not clearly state that there sale is a final sale.  Even after having spoken with Anacani, one of their managers it was clear she was not going to do anything and didn't care if I ever shopped at Cathy Jean again.  In this economy you would think customer service would be their number one priority but she said she sold them to me and that she told me it was a final sale and I told her she never did which ends up being a she said, no she didn't say , no win situation. There are no posters in their windows stating that the 70% off shoes are final sale so Cathy Jean is totally relying on their employee to tell the customer as it is obvious they don't want it to be clearly stated before a customer even tries on the shoes.  This store is into false advertising and needs to make some changes at their corporate level.
