Placed an order for one (1) "Cat's Meow" cat toy advertised at $19.99 + P&H ($7.95). I added a $5.00 multi-speed toy upgrade. This should have totalled $32.94. I was charged $45.89. That is a difference of $12.95. Their advertisement for this product is deceptive. When selecting quantity, you are automatically charged for shipping 2 items. This is not revealed until after the purchase. I am trying to cancel my order.
