cats meow postage & handling you pay to receive the product, however when returned they will not reimburse you for that or send a shipping label  Internet

Am in full agreement on the posts that I have read.  This company is not above board when you are purchasing their product, they do not explain that 2 toys come in 1 box, so if you order the second box for "just shipping & handling" you get 2 boxes with 4 toys, and yes an item you think is $25 or so now has turned into $78, & no way to know that until you process the order. 

When I received my order had no return to instructions, 1 toy was broken, the other broke in 10 minutes.  After searching for  a number to contact them, was given an address & had to pay for shipping & handling again.

Received my statement & I was not credited the full amount I originally paid, apparently the shipping & handling on the order, which I paid, not refundable? What is with that I paid for that not the company why do they feel they can keep that when you charge the customer.  

After reviewing their web site again, at the bottom yes it does say minus shipping & handling, however if a customer pays for that & not the company what right sod they have with holding that?  This is a way of keeping money customers pay for for products, this is just wrong & this company needs to be investigated for sure
