Catskill Mountain Vapors - Richard Goddeau = LIAR, SCAM ARTIST and THIEF, Morrisonville New York

I placed an order with Richard Goddeau's website CatskillMountainVaporStore.com after hearing about some of the e-juice flavors he offers. I placed an order for a Kanger ProTank 2 and a bottle of his 30ml Aloha Milkshake flavor on April 10th 2014. His website states processing and shipping within 72 hours. I called after 2 weeks of no order arriving. Richard told me he was having trouble getting the tanks in yet was still listing them for sale. He told me he would promptly send out the E-juice and tank. About 2 weeks after this and the juice arrived (tasted pretty terrible) and no Kanger tank, just a sticky note saying he will send it as soon as possible. After another 2 weeks I began going back and forth with Richard via telephone and E-mail. He gave me every excuse possible, the song and dance he tried to feed me over and over was so pitiful. He told me that it had been shipped but was not signed for so that it was returned to him. However, I have never had to sign for any vaping product from any vendor, nor did I for his first delivery of the juice. Another week or so goes by and he tells me his guide dog has passed away and being blind it is very hard to run a business, give him another week. More time goes by, numerous e-mails and phone calls, he has promised to send me 2 free tanks and a few bottles of juice to make up for the delay. I tell him I dont want anything other than what I have rightfully paid for. Richard tells me he wants to do it so that I don't loose complete faith in him. More time goes by NOTHING arrives. We speak again and he tells me it has all been shipped and it is at the postal facility in Tallahassee Florida en route to my house. I ask Richard for tracking numbers and he cannot produce them and comes up with yet another excuse. I REALLY believe he enjoys to play games with people!! I finally told him to keep my money as apparently he feels entitled to it for nothing, and he still told me he was going to ship it all again, needless to say NOTHING HAS ARRIVED! It has been 3 1/2 months since I placed my order. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO THIS MAN AND HIS "BUISINESS"!!! You will only be ripped off and wholly aggravated! Buyer Beware!!!
