ccBill Seem that they log or have access to the CVV2 codes which is in violation of VISA's terms of service Internet

I made a puchase on a website that used CCbill.com to process their payments.
CCbill logs your IP addy when you make a payment.
Apparently they also log your card info along with the 3 digit code on the back. I
My account was hit Nov 27th after using their site. When I contacted the companies where the fraudulent purchases were made one said that they had my 3 digit code.
That information is not supposed to be logged or recorded but transmitted to the credit card company for verification.
Don't be lured into a false sense of security because of the CVV2 number on the back of your card.
