I pay a cable bill off with this company anda couple of years later i went back to that cable company and they told me I still had a outstanding bill with them. The money I gave to this company never gave it to the cable company. So I had to pay twice for the bill owed.

File a complaint with your attorney general

AUTHOR: Nathan - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, November 14, 2010

Find the evidence (cancelled check etc) and file a complaint with your attorney General of your state.    Also file a complaint with the Federal trade commission.

I think you will get your money back.  NEVER EVER PAY A COLLECTION AGENCY.  They are conartists.  Never ever give them financial information.

There is so much fraud out there.  foreigners impersating police,  Not sure demand proof of the debt.  If they do not provide it then file a complaint with the attorney General of your state.

Good luck

nathan
