This company sent a Spam email, we ordered 2 classes from them before Christmas 2014. After numererous attempts to obtain a class, we called them, the husband Ken said "I'll write your name in and contact you when a class is open". No call ever came. We waited until May, 2015 and finally requested a refund. Thier response was "there would be a service fee, which was never pre-discuassed or okayed by us.
They asked that we return the "gift certificates", which looked like something a 4th grader made in art class. We did so via certified mail, taking photos of the items being placed in the envelope etc. 
They (Ken & Maggie Mordaunt) wrote us via email that we would recieve a refund upon reciept of those certificates in 7-10 days. Odd, since they live/work the next town over, 10 days seemed like a long time.
They signed for it and recieved those certificates at 12:55 om May 26th, 2015. or 17 days ago!
They have not returned any of our calls, nor replied to our emails requesting our refund. 
To me they are comminting fraud, by bilking people out of what should have been a pleasent Christmas gift.
