I stupidly ordered merchandise online that I thought was a one time trial. When I received the first shipment, there was no indication that I needed to "cancel" within a certain time period or I would be charged for the "free" merchandise PLUS be sent a new shipment each month at a cost of almost $200. I saw the charges for the "trial" and the second shipment for the first time on my credit card account, today. I tried to return the products. The company finally offered to refund 50% of some charges.
