The CEO of this businessed hired my Landscaping company in 2012 to do some landscaping work. He signed a contract, agreed to pay me a portion of the contracted amount once we came out to do the work. We did, he didn't pay me, told me he would pay me when he got back home, he didn't. I had to pull the job, until i was paid for materials which he refused to pay me for, he wanted to postpone the job until further notice on his terms.
We had a signed cotnract, I told him that I wanted to be paid for the matierals, and for some of the work that had been performed. He told me that he wasn't going to do this. He gave me a hard time and told me to f*** off. I pressed him and pressed him as he owed me money that I was out of pocket for. Via email transactions he told me that he wanted me to do the work but at a later time that was more convedient for him. He wanted to be home for the project, and didn't want us working there unless he was home.
He tried to play games with me, holding the money in front of me, tried bribing me and then when I didn't bite he told me to f*** off. He said, that he makes over $20,000 a month and knows that no one can make as much as him. I am a grunt in his eyes. He didn't care about our contract, wasn't going to refinance his home or sell it anytime soon. I told him that I would be putting a lien on his home and she said whatever.
I sold my company in 2012 end of the year after the lien was placed on his home. I started working for a Corporate company and have a linkedin profile. He contacted me on there demanding that I take the lien off the home, and told me that he was going to contact my HR departmetn at my current job to get in touch with me since my numbers were disconnected, and he didn't want to hire his attorney to deal with this when he can do it himself.
Due to his ignorance, and threating demaner, I have lost my job at Fleetmatics due to him calling my employeer to reach me. I was making $60,000 a year and started my life over for my family. His ignornace and stupidity got me laid off. My employeer put me on paid suspension for 3 days to figure out what they should do about this problem. Since I had a former customer that was mad at me an contacted my employeer, they took this as a threat, and decided to let me go due to his actions. I have been unemployeed now for 2 weeks and I am suffering.
This guy is really stupid, only cares what is going to benefit him and his life. He doesn't care about others, and or contacts he signs unless it will benefit him. I am pissed an plan on suing him now for the contracted amount that he owes me for the job that he never paid me for, and come after him for personal and emotional damages for getting me laid off!
He will not stop harrasing me via emails to my online business nor on LinkedIn. I strongly believe what comes around goes around.
