We were told that this food order would replace everything but milk and bread basically... That we were not going to have to shop for anything and that the food was even better than Costco...

Once we got the food after using the meat for a couple days we noticed that the meat was actually not that great of product. We asked to have the food replaced and without any callback or anything. We are not irresponsible individuals so we kept paying our payments. Well within a couple months of noticing that we were paying more in the grocery store on top of there $400 we told them that we needed them to give us some kind of hardship payment so that we could pay smaller amounts-they would not do it... We fell behind and noticed one month that they just took money from our account without a letter, a judgement or anything. We have written and called numerous times to figure out a way to get them there money without having to pay the full amount with no help. They are refusing to put that money back and that was part of our mortgage. I have done much research and noticed that our  case is similar and just like other cases. Something needs to be done because they are selling lower end food at high end prices and then there finance company is making illegal transactions from peoples accounts. There are so many complaints about them and something needs to be done.... I have seen reports as far back as nine years ago... THAT is not okay.
