Celigo is the worst! Our e-commerce company unfortunately was greatly mislead by the claims that Celigo was the best integrator for Magento and Netsuite but that is a downright lie. In fact, I'd say most of Celigo's business interactions with their clients include many bold-faced lies, such as that the integrator works in "real-time" well unless you own the prime account it does not work in real-time but actually has a 20-30min lag time! But that is only one of many examples, I could go on but then this would be a novel.

They also have an employee, Andrei Sarmiento, that our company has frequently requested to either never work with or be fired due to his numerous "mistakes" such as deleting our entire inventory costing us thousands of dollars as well as not updating our integrator (which can only be done by a Celigo professional, we had tried to do this on our own) which caused our orders not to transfer and again cost us thousands of dollars of revenue. Not to mention any time a support case was submitted, Andrei never addressed the issue and instead would go in, tinker with our account to the point of messing it up causing us more issues and he would simply say it was Magento's fault and that he could not resolve it.

Celigo is currently facing a lawsuit from our company for the thousands of dollars they owe us due to their many many mishaps and still have not paid all they owe. They are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with and their customer service is non-existant unless having an "IT" person tell you to take your issues elsewhere even though it is for sure an issue with the connector is your idea of great customer service. Our company will take in our best interest to try and bury Celigo until we see it burned to the ground and then they can never screw anyone else over again.

Do not ever ever ever work with Celigo! Ever!

Retraction

This retraction is being provided by the executive management of Castle Megastore Group, Inc.  On or about September 10, 2013 a posting was made on this site by an employee who was wrong and did not speak for the company.  The original posting was a misrepresentation of the facts, and the employee who wrote same made factually inaccurate accusations, including:

Castle Megastore Group, Inc. understands the issues created by the unauthorized activity of an employee.  CMG has taken steps to ensure that posting of reviews of any vendor or former vendor, including Celigo, will not happen without executive management approval.  Executive management of CMG offers its sincere apology to Celigo.
