 needed  2 htg escape cell phone cases, found cheep on cell phone trek.com, ordered on 5/3/13, called on 5/29/13 to see what is the hold up, they are on back order.  Jason is the person on the other end of phone. told him I would like a refund and I would find another web site that could get what I want, that will be in 5 buss. days.  Called 6/19/13, asking about my refund, and to see if the cases were in yet,  No  and will get your refund to you in 24-48 hrs.  Called again 6/29/13 asking about my refund, told jason that it is called stealing when you pay for something and dont get in return.  He said he would notify acct. dept again .  I said I was going to blog and notify the MO. atty gen office.  Chuck
