It is over 2 months I gave my Samsung S6 Edge to fix a cracked screen. They fixed the screen 6 weeks later and handed over to me but then they didn't give me the phone with its sim tray. I had to go back and request for it, it took them 3 days to get me the sim tray. I had them try putting in my sim - but the sim wouldn't go in. The Sim slot was damaged inside the phone. When the person fixed the screen, looks like he applied too much pressure to the sim tray slot that it got bent and the sim tray won't go in.

Now, its over 2 months and still they haven't handed me over the phone. The reason they give now is they are unable to find the button for my phone - its not available anywhere at the stores and they are waiting for it.

As of today, they still haven't fixed my phone.

 

I gave my 11 month old Samsung S6 Edge over 6 months ago with a minute spider crack and paid $250 to fix it on the same day. Victor did fix the screen, but broke the fingerprint reader, lost my sim card tray and the phone no longer read the sim card. He wouldn't fix the phone, nor give me the money I paid.

I have made at-least 40 trips to the store so far, and every time his answer would be its ready and will give the phone to me in the next 4 days as he has it at another location. I have all his bullsh**t on SMS - with reasons he gives every time.

While at store, I have seen him mock customers when they aren't noticing - giving signs as if "look at this loser", or "she is ugly" (while he would have just said to her face "you are beautiful" and turn to his worker with a sign indicating she is ugly when she isn't looking).

This store is completely unethical and fraud.
