they ripped me off for my phone a blackberry 8310 i have requested it back 5 times and 5 times they have told me they would get back to me in 24 hours 5 times havent heard from them, they offered me .50 cent and i declined and I havent heard from them since, i would like my phone back it worth more than they offered
