On July 8th I sent a email stating if order was not delivered by July 14th to cancel and return money. Nothing. July 22nd sent an email asking why no merchandise and why no money returned. Got a reply email from "Kelsey" stating that their credit card processor was not working and I should contact my credit card company to reverse charges.
On August 7th sent an email asking to send a refund check. Reply on August 8th was that they could not do that. August 23rd I contacted Chase credit and they said it was too late for them to do anything.
Last email to cellular-blowout on August 23rd was ignored.
Don't do business with this company. Tell everyone you know not to.
