You now have to sign 2 contracts when you buy a phone from them.  This means if you cancel service or change your phone you have to pay them for the phone avg. $500.  Beware do not take there ins. it is a rip off it is 2x the price as Verizonwireless.  They will say you get a phone in the store but that is not always the case.  If you need service they may call VZW or send you the corp. store anyways.  You have to remember they work on only commission and will do anything to sell you a new line. I would do it on the phone or go to a corp. store and wait, at least if they mess up they can fix it.  Going to a retailer is like buying from the provable use car sales man.  This is a buyers beware retailer.
