Cellular Wings Sellandrecycle.com Sold me a blacklisted phone, returned it for "repairs", never heard from them again and stole my $250 San Diego California

 I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S4 for $249.99 and when it arrived, I quickly learned that the phone was stolen and the IMEI was blacklisted. "Carlos" at Cellular Wings told me to return the phone for an exchange so I sent it back and received a new phone but this time the screen wasn't functioning properly. when I asked to just get my money back as a full refund, Carlos claims that I broke the phone as says he will deduct $120 as the price to repair the LCD screen. Frustrated, I decided to just take my $130 and run. I sent the phone back a third time and when I called to find out where my refund was, their phone line was disconnected and their website was shut down. I still haven't received a refund of any sort and they have my phone. I'd like a class action lawsuit against this criminal and his fake company.
