To Whom It May Concern: On August 15, 2012 I first had my car serviced at Cenco Transmission, 2133 Utica Avenue, Brooklyn, NY for the purpose of rebuilding a faulty transmission. The car was serviced in a timely manner and I was issued a 24-month warranty. The car was evaluated and I was told I would receive a phone call when the transmission was fixed. After several weeks without word I became concerned and began to contact Cenco. The mechanics and owner evaded my phone calls and I could not receive any information on my car or the status of the repairs. On June 15th I paid visit to the automotive shop and was shocked to find my vehicle was not present and no employee knew of its location. [continued below]....
