Cenova Inc/Po Haven/Global Maintenance/Harry Scott & Bill Blum are the definition of the kind of company you want to stay far, far away from.  Do you enjoy being paid? Then do not provide services for them.  Do you like good quality service? Then choose another company.  Do you enjoy being screamed at for the littlest things and receiving attitudes all day long? Then work for, or do business with this company. They "play favorites" with everyone they know, and if you are their favorite they will pay you eventually, talk to you at some point and scream at you minimally.  That is, IF they like you.  If they don't, prepare for avoided calls, attitudes, screaming and late invoices or non payment for services rendered, depending on whether you are a consumer or a service provider. 

As a consumer you will be over-sold and under serviced. I hope you haven't signed on the dotted line yet, for once you do, they will provide the services they want to provide, not the services you thought you were going to get, and forget about snow removal before your business opens, they aren't nearly that organized, nor do they care enough to be.  If you have complaints prepare to receive an attitude, if you are lucky, otherwise you willl be screamed at by THE OWNER.  Do you have questions about your services? Look forward to calling multiple times, each time receiving sub-par customer service AKA an attitude and an "Ill have them call you back," which won't happen. I am sure, as a client you will expect invoices within a timely manner, which WILL NOT happen with this company.  They are under staffed and unhappy, so when you call to find out what you owe them, prepare for trouble, for they will not be prepared to give you the information.  However you can look forward to having the company you pay thousands of dollars to, talk, rant and scream about you in all kinds of negative ways, especially if you run a tight ship and have high standards. If that is you, than you will have lots of problems with this company, as they don't seem to know the definition of quality, customer service or organization. Did you sell your property or move?  Uh-Oh, they will continue to provide services to your old property and bill you, even though you let them know and attempted to terminate services. Did you attempt to terminate services and hire another company to take their place because Cenova's work was beyond sub-par? They will provide services alongside your new company and continue to bill you. After all, you signed a contract, so prepare for lawyer fees, court fees and court. But hey, on the upside you cut them a check, so they are happy. 

Are you someone looking to remove snow? Do you like getting paid in a timely manner? Do you enjoy a posative working relationship with the person who provides you with clients and payment? Then this IS NOT the company for you.  You WILL remove snow, at any given time it is on the ground, but if you are looking to get a check regularly than forget about it. Instead look forward to many, many phone calls and lots and lots of attitude, if not being relentlessly ignored by or screamed at, by Bill Blum. Do you have other people to pay? I hope you aren't counting on money from Cenova to pay them, because it isn't coming for quite a while, if at all. But you can look forward to being over worked and under paid in general.  Do you have standards and organization within your company? You are in trouble then, for these guys are the polar opposite of that and will not meet your standards, or even come close. Oh, and don't upset them, or you will find yourself in court trying to get the money they rightfully owe you. 

Are you looking for full time employment?  Do you like receiving attitudes all day? Do you enjoy being screamed at, right in your face on a regular basis? Do you enjoy being constantly disrespected? If so, apply now.  This place is the definition of a Hostile Work Environment.  If you have standards, self respect and professionalism and expect the same in return, then this place will NOT work for you. They do not respect themselves, how could they possibly respect you? You can look forward to underpayment and over working and lots of false promises. 

Overall, stay far, far away.  Unless of course you have no self-respect and no standards, in which case, this is the place for you to do business with.
