Each month tenants are being charged various amounts for water usage! There are no water meters conected to apt units. When tenants ask to see water meters managment says no way! Dont mind paying water bills but not haveing proof of how much water we use to compair to bill is not fair and feels illegal.     Please Help!!              Sincerely Melissa Vasser  **** Riverdale Ga 30274  (((email redacted)))
