Central Restoration Duane Vanbibber Didn't pay for materials, ripped me off Bainbridge, Indiana

I find it funny Mr Edwards you wont put your real name on here you can slander with all your lies and dont have the balls put your name here lets rewind your was a dump real bad dump facia falling off home roof total way past it years gutters falling off the house the storm door was black it was actually white after i power washed it. Salesman sold it I had my guys put on a 30 year roof no upgrade charge 6 inch gutters no upgrade charge insurance paid for 2 sides of home for siding Well i insulated and sided the whole house myself and my helper. I personally painted your garage and porch while you watched I never went inside your home after seeing the outside i was scared to inside so i avoided it. As far as my past duis i told you about them as far as the insurance goes my names on all my subs insurance since i dont do very much labour  i dont need it. As far as the lien you deserved it you owed me 480.00 the gutter bill was 450.00 do the math you ripped me off after allthe free uprades i did for you turning your dump into a nice home. The reason I no you I have had 2 liens put on homes in my life. I paid 1 off you paid yours because you owed me more than the bill I really hope your next contractor doesnt go out of his way to help the way I did because you planned on ripping me off like a few the people in hope did and then slander me because you are a perrisite and im not a thief  

Very sorry about all this  like i said first rebutal all you had to do was pay the gutter bill you owed me 480.00 as far as me not lifting a fingure is another lie me and my helper sided your house you watched me power wash that black door that was actually white paint your garage and your front entrance never once went in your house as bad as the outside was i was scared to see the inside. as far as the only thing you put on here that was true is i do have a Couple DUIS and your to lazy check me out. i told you about my DUIS and i told about the roofers insurance. he the one doing the work thats why my names on it just in case i need to file a claim .2nd you was always in contact with Chris he told you to pay the gutter bill you allowed it to go into a lean not me. And you didnt put you name on here. Mr Edwards the reason i no its you I have 2 leans in my life put on a home yours and the other. I paid the other one off first of spring  after those loosers in Hope In stole my money . And jobs Jim sold lost me money on all those jobs. i had to reorginize and get it all paid. it was 1 Home Owner and you owed me the money. so you should have never got a lean and you never had a bad roof job. You had 25yrs on a 20 yr shingle your gutters falling off house i upgraded you to 6 inch gutters, sided and wrapped all your windows  sorry your a perisite have a great day. I forgive for all your lies i wish you the best. I hope the next contractor runs from you since you preplanned on stealing from me and thinking no consecquences you deserved that lein. And i was never in your home so i couldnt of painted in there like i said the out side was a dump i refused to go inside your home. wish i would of kept the before and after pics on here so the people could see what i did for you. And Im very good at what i do and I always do alot more than the insurance allows. i cant sue you for slander it been over 2 years and you never put your real name on here

I  lost 4K doing your job i would of never sold your little house 1 thing but my salesman did and backed his contract remember i got you all the extra money to turn your shack into a nice home from the outside the gutter bill was 450.00 dollars you owed me 480.00 so you still owe me money. i really want to thank for planning on ripping me off. must be a demacract everybody owes you something send my 30.00 dollars. I would first like to say I'm sorry you felt the need to come online and write a report about Central Restoration. We are a locally owned and ran company out of Bainbridge and we've been in business for three years with over one hundred satisfied customers. We are even registered with the state of Indiana with bonds and insurance. Yes, I was a "storm chaser" before but that is how I learned the contracting business and decided to settle down in my hometown and help my neighbors out.

I assure you, and everyone else who have used Central Restoration, that I have quality work and try my hardest to get complaints taken care of in a quick and timely manner. I am the owner of my company and I am also a sales person for it, but I can assure you it was not me personally who sold this job, but it was one of my salesmen. Most homes in Hope have decking issues, and I can assure you I still have not been paid for these repairs, therefore I have not received my final check from your insurance company.

The first check that is handed to me goes straight to purchasing the equipment and supplies needed to fix the property. I do hire subcontractors, but they are all insured because I find it safer to use insured workers than non-insured. My roofer and I share our insurance and have for over three years now.

As for the personal attacks, I would care to address these as well. I do live with my parents, on family property where most of my family live and have lived for almost 10 years. I chose to live with them as I work around the clock and it's easier this way. Yes, I did have a DUI but it is something I am not proud of. Drunk driving kills and getting hit with the DUI showed me how wrong it was and I have not even had a drop of alcohol since that night. Please know the whole story before typing up something on here.

I haven't received any type of phone call with this complaint and neither has my secretary who answers my calls as well. If I am somewhere where I do not have service on my cell phone, I call the number right back as soon as I get service. If I knew who created this complaint I would call you personally so we could resolve this matter. You have my phone numbers, please contact me so we can get this resolved.
